On paper I had it all together, a thriving real estate career and a marriage that everyone looked up to. Inside I was suffering and felt inadequate and alone. It was when I found the most amazing therapist who helped me get out of this fog, helped me find myself again. Eventually I had the courage to go back to get my masters at 39 years old. I finally went toward the path that I was meant to do (my name means healer).

I found the love within myself. I found the wholeness in myself. I understood what I brought to the table and what was not mine. I learned to trust myself, to communicate, to be the partner I wanted and was proud to be. Then I decided I was not being loved in the way that I wanted and deserved, so I ended the marriage.

When I finally got back out into the dating world, it was quite the experience. I realized it took all my healing and all my therapeutic knowledge just to navigate the confusion without loosing myself again. 6 months into the process, I became smitten and the rest is history.

I realized we don’t get taught how to do this in the normal school systems, yet its one of the most important skills we need to navigate a healthy life. We shouldn’t need a masters degree in counseling to know how to talk the path of healthy and safe love!

During this process, I saw so many of my clients, people on social media, and friends struggling through the process and feeling hopeless and despair. I get it, the whole process can make you feel like there is no solid ground beneath you, especially after trauma and heartbreak.

I trained from the best couples & sex therapists, trauma and attachment leaders, learned everything I could. I studied to really be able to deeply help others find their safety and connection again. There is nothing more profound then to truly help others heal hearts to find love and empowerment within and together in a healthy and safe love of another.

Let me be your light, to help you through this process. I want this for you too!

About Danielle:

I'm certified in Mental and Emotional Well-being in addition to Anxiety Management. I have authored two books; Grief Is Only Suppressed Gratitude and Hugging Olivia. Grief is Only Suppressed Gratitude is a self-help memoir about my mom's diagnosis of cancer and death. I have and continue to transform the feelings of grief into gratitude by continuously working on myself. Through my certifications, I work 1:1 with clients transforming tough emotions into their own version of love and safety. My clients have found success in becoming aware of trauma in their bodies and have the potential to release personal trauma on their own by extensively working with me over a period of time.

My second book, Hugging Olivia, is a children's book teaching young kids about people pleasing and setting emotional boundaries.

Our Process

— Concierge Service

At our core, we offer a concierge service. Unlike traditional therapy where you only get support during weekly sessions, we provide continuous guidance in between sessions to help solidify the changes you're working on.

— Understanding Survival Mechanisms

We understand that the patterns you've developed are survival mechanisms that once served you, but may no longer be helpful in your current relationship. Our goal is to honor these mechanisms, help you understand them, and teach you the skills to create safer, more connected behaviors.

— Creating Safe and Connected Behaviors

We dive deep into your nervous system, exploring how to re-route behaviors to create intentional, empowered interactions that foster connection with your partner rather than pushing you further apart.
