Virginia is a therapist who sees children and parents daily in her office. She spent 10 years working directly with children and their families in the school systems. Virginia’s approach empowers you to build confidence and develop personalized coping strategies using evidence-based modalities like CBT and DBT. She value empathy, trust, and mindfulness, believing in the importance of living fully in the moment. Outside of therapy, Virginia enjoy spending time with my husband and three young children, engaging in outdoor activities, and exploring life's joys. She’s here to support you in creating a fulfilling and joyful life.

Danielle is a certified in Mental and Emotional Well-being in addition to Anxiety Management. She have authored two books; Grief Is Only Suppressed Gratitude and Hugging Olivia. Grief is Only Suppressed Gratitude is a self-help memoir about my mom's diagnosis of cancer and death. She works to transform the feelings of grief into gratitude by continuously working on herself. Through her certifications, she work 1:1 with clients transforming tough emotions into their own version of love and safety.
